Under the cold and high altitude weather, the construction personnel worked in shifts continuously, grabbed sunny and snowy days, and successfully realized the first bridge pier body pouring of the whole line of Tongsai Project in 2023. It marks that the construction of the same competition project has entered a comprehensive stage.
The Zha Mao River Bridge is one of the control projects of the whole line. The No.10 pier is 151.7 m high, which is the highest pier of highway bridges in Qinghai Province. The first pier body is 6m high, and 558m3 of C50 concrete is used. It is a rectangular hollow pier with single box and three cells. Its structure is complex, the construction is extremely difficult, and the construction risk is high in cold season. The successful pouring of the first formwork pier body has accumulated experience for the subsequent construction of the pier body and promoted the construction progress of the control project.
In order to ensure the pouring quality of the first section of the pier body, the headquarters of the Provincial Communications Construction Company organized the construction units and teams to carry out three-dimensional visual disclosure in advance, so that the technicians and constructors could understand the complex structure of the project more vividly and concretely. Carry out the first piece acceptance system, formulate the prevention and control manual for common quality problems, clarify the process flow, strengthen the process tooling measures, ensure that the concrete pouring, steel bar spacing and protective layer thickness meet the design and specification requirements, and ensure that the quality and safety progress go hand in hand.
