On February 5, after 40 hours of continuous construction, the mass concrete pouring of the foundation of the 500000 tons/year HDPE extrusion granulation plant (white material) of Tianjin Petrochemical Nangang Ethylene Project, which was constructed by the Fifth Construction Company of Refining and Chemical Engineering Group, was successfully completed. The foundation of the
extruded and granulated white material is a raft foundation, with a single concrete pouring volume of 4840 cubic meters. In order to ensure the smooth progress of pouring work, the project department organized scientifically, formulated a special construction plan, organized a special plan meeting, and earnestly completed the safety technical disclosure work before pouring.
The concrete pouring volume is large, the time is long and the quality requirements are high. The project department has put four pump trucks into operation at the same time. The site managers and technicians strictly formulate the process flow for the key processes such as formwork reinforcement, steel bar binding and concrete vibration, and monitor and guide the whole process, which effectively guarantees the safety and controllability of concrete pouring construction. The successful completion of mass concrete pouring of extruded and granulated white materials marks that the 500000 tons/year HDPE plant has entered the stage of rapid construction of the main structure, laying a solid foundation for the rapid construction of later nodes.
