On March 26, the concrete pouring of the first section of the steel shell of the north anchorage caisson of the North Channel Bridge of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge was completed, and the construction stage of the caisson foundation was fully entered. The construction of the north anchorage of the north channel bridge
of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge includes three parts: the foundation of the anchorage caisson, the supporting pile and the anchorage body of the anchorage. The caisson is 75.4 meters long, 70.4 meters wide and 57 meters high. It is divided into 10 times of elevation and 4 times of subsidence. It lands on the stratum with an elevation of -53.5 meters. The first steel shell is 8 meters high and has a "Tian" -shaped structure, consisting of 36 wells and 79 steel shell segments, with a total area of about 13 basketball courts. Before
pouring, the project department organized and carried out desktop deduction of concrete pouring for many times, rehearsed the possible emergencies in the construction process, and improved the construction scheme. During the construction, four pump trucks with 68 meters arm length were used to lay the materials in layers on the whole section, and the pouring sequence was carried out according to the well wall, partition wall and ordinary partition wall. After three days and three nights of continuous struggle, all the construction personnel of the project department completed the concrete pouring task of 8220 cubic meters of steel shell of the first caisson with high quality and efficiency.
