The meeting pointed out that the intelligent green mines that have been built have achieved the expected results of more efficient utilization of resources, safer production methods, more accurate early warning of violations, more intelligent management decisions, and more obvious cost reduction and efficiency enhancement. For example, the qualified rate of ore quality in Dameishan Mine of Changxing Southern Mining Co., Ltd. has increased by 10%, and the clinker strength has increased indirectly by more than 16 million yuan; The resource utilization rate of Zhejiang Allianz Mining Co., Ltd. has increased to 100%, the sales profit has increased by 8%, the equipment failure rate has decreased by 10%, the safety management cost has decreased by 30%, the labor cost has decreased by 12%, and the production cost has decreased by 10%; The product quality improvement of Huzhou New Kaiyuan Gravel Co., Ltd. can increase the income by 6 million yuan per year, reduce the number of direct employees by 21, save the labor cost by about 2.18 million yuan per year, and reduce the equipment failure rate by 50%.
The meeting made it clear that "Green Mine Intelligent Use" is the only digital application scenario of mineral resources management in the province, which integrates and promotes each other with intelligent green mines. After more than two years of exploration and practice, Zhejiang Province has promoted the construction of "Green Mine Intelligent Use" application scenario according to the "161" overall framework with one scenario cockpit, six application sub-scenarios and one set of auxiliary toolboxes as the core. At present, the overall structure of "161" has been completed, and the core business has been put into operation, which has been incorporated into the "Zhejiang High Efficiency" application of the digital government, and the construction effect has initially appeared. The time for examination and filing of mineral resources reserves has been reduced from 60 working days to an average of 35 working days; green mines have achieved "zero run" for declaration and warehousing. The number of users of the application scenario reached 3600, and the cumulative number of visits exceeded 55000. According to the
requirements of the meeting, 32 mining enterprises with intelligent green mines under construction in the province should speed up the construction progress to ensure that they pass the acceptance before the end of 2024; those that have not yet carried out the construction of intelligent green mines should start as soon as possible, plan from a high starting point, and strive to build them before the end of 2025. In the next step, Zhejiang will promote the iterative upgrading of "green mine intelligent use" scenario, build a new mode of "one platform for mine management", promote the digital transformation of mineral resources management, promote the construction of green, digital and intelligent mines, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of mining enterprises, and promote the high-quality development of mining industry.
