It is understood that Jurong Taini has purchased 14 driverless pure electric mine cars tailored by Xidi Zhijia to replace the original fuel mine cards in an all-round way. It is estimated that this upgrade can save 805 tons of diesel oil per year. If one ton of diesel oil emits 3.13 tons of carbon dioxide, the annual carbon reduction is about 1800 tons, which is equivalent to the annual carbon absorption of 150,000 trees. At the same time, compared with the fuel mine card, the labor cost per ton and maintenance cost are greatly reduced.
"At present, unmanned driving has been realized in the whole mining area, and from the actual operation situation, the efficiency of unmanned driving is better than that of manual driving." Liu Wei said that before that, the main difficulty restricting the development of Jurong Taiwan Mud was that the transportation of ore required a large number of mining trucks to work for a long time, requiring a large amount of labor, and the labor intensity was high and the risk factor was high.
