On September 12, Fujian Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on Changing the Capacity Replacement Scheme of Fujian Cement Co., Ltd. for the Construction Project of Cement Clinker Production Line with Daily Output of 4500 Tons". On January 15, 2021,
Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the capacity replacement plan of Fujian Cement Co., Ltd. for the construction project of cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons, which was not organized and implemented for some reasons. Now the enterprise applies for the change of the announcement. After being examined and submitted by the local county and municipal departments of industry and information technology step by step, it is now in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement Glass Industry (2024 edition) and the relevant policy requirements for cement capacity management. The Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Plan for the Construction Project of the Cement Clinker Production Line with a Daily Output of 4500 Tons of Fujian Cement Co., Ltd. was changed to Fujian Shunchang Stone Refining Cement Co., Ltd. Fujian Yongan Jianfu Cement Co., Ltd., Fujian Ansha Jianfu Cement Co., Ltd. and other three enterprises to supplement the cement clinker production capacity replacement program to be publicized.
Fujian Cement originally planned to build a 4500t/d clinker production line, and withdrew from a 2500t/d clinker production line of Fujian Cement (Stone Refining Cement Plant) and a 2500t/d clinker production line of Fujian Yongan Jinyinhu Cement.
The original replacement capacity is now changed to Fujian Shunchang Stone Refining Cement Co., Ltd. 4500t/d clinker line to supplement 1000t/d capacity, Fujian Yongan Jianfu Cement 4500t/d clinker line to supplement 1833t/d capacity, and Fujian Ansha 4500t/d clinker line to supplement 1833t/d capacity.
