As a province with large cement production capacity, the cement industry in Henan Province has made remarkable achievements in promoting the construction of intelligent chemical plants, implementing peak-staggering production and operation, and strengthening the guidance of scientific and technological innovation around the goal of green and low-carbon development. Up to now, there are 67 general cement clinker production lines in Henan Province, with a designed clinker production capacity of 91.45 million tons/year, and 304 sets of cement grinding production lines with an actual production capacity of 115 million tons, with a designed production capacity of 236 million tons/year. The design capacity of cement clinker of the top three enterprises in the province is 56.42 million tons per year, accounting for 61.7%, which is 10 percentage points higher than that at the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan. After the development of cement industry in our province in recent years, many cement enterprises have achieved fruitful results in energy saving, pollution reduction and carbon removal: by the end of 2022, 19 enterprises have been rated as national green factories, 31 enterprises have been rated as provincial green factories, 19 enterprises have been selected as national green mines, and 38 enterprises have been selected as provincial green mines. There are 7 A-level enterprises and 27 B-level enterprises with environmental protection performance, 9 enterprises have entered the list of "leaders" of energy efficiency in key energy-using industries in China, 1 enterprise has been awarded the demonstration unit of Henan Green Building Material Production Comprehensive Base, and 6 enterprises have been awarded the establishment unit of Henan Green Building Material Production Comprehensive Base. The level of green manufacturing has been continuously improved, and the level of energy efficiency has been significantly improved.
At the same time, Henan Province has also emerged many manufacturing and service enterprises of new technologies and new equipment in energy saving, carbon reduction, environmental protection, measurement, intelligence and other aspects of the cement industry, such as the pipeline out-of-stock technology of Zhengzhou Aotong, the intelligent logistics integration technology of Henan Zhixin, the deep treatment technology of nitrogen oxides of Zhengzhou Kangningte, and so on; Henan Fengbo Automation Co., Ltd. There are many new energy-saving refractory bricks of Zhengzhou Ruitai Technology, and I will not talk about them one by one.
