According to China Cement Network, China Building Materials Co., Ltd. has resolutely implemented the "double carbon" responsibility in recent years, deepened green development and laid out low-carbon technology.
Green and low-carbon transformation continues to move forward. To strengthen the guidance of "double carbon" technology, Qingzhou Zhonglian and other countries have accelerated the construction of low-carbon technology and equipment demonstration lines. CNBM vigorously developed green energy, accelerated the layout of a number of green low-carbon demonstration projects and green energy projects, increased the number of "photovoltaic +" energy plants to 22, generated 7,785 GW of cement waste heat annually, increased the number of cement kiln co-disposal projects to 49, with an annual disposal capacity of 4.93 million tons, and achieved "near-zero emission" in 50 gypsum board production lines of Beixin Building Materials. Deepening green production in an all-round way, making every effort to promote "two high" governance, "one line, one policy" completed 64 clinker lines and 129 grinding lines over-limit governance, the comprehensive energy consumption of 10000 yuan output value decreased by 9% year on year, and the emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, smoke and dust decreased by nearly 30% year on year. By the end of 2022, there are 42 national green mines, 64 provincial green mines, 129 national green factories and 68 provincial green factories.
Digital transformation is accelerating. Strengthen the top-level design of digital intelligence, issue guidelines for digital transformation, organize and compile the "Information Construction and Digital Transformation Plan", take "Digital Leading Material Creation" as the vision, form the "1254" digital transformation blueprint, and accelerate the construction of "Digital China Building Materials". Focus on the construction of digital operation system, the steady implementation of the "No.1 Project" of New Tianshan Cement , the orderly promotion of the construction of the Internet Data Center of Ningxia Building Materials Industry, the building of the most influential intelligent supply chain platform in the region in Qilian Mountains, the world's leading glass fiber "future factory" built by China's huge stones, and the construction of the "future factory" of glass fibers. New Tianshan Cement and China Material International jointly issued the 1.0 standard for intelligent cement plants, and the "I'm looking for a car" intelligent logistics platform has accumulated more than 1.2 million heavy trucks. China Material International has built and put into operation a digital platform for the whole process of carbon emissions in cement plants, a carbon footprint accounting platform for building materials and equipment products, and a green low-carbon building carbon platform. Linli South "5G + Intelligent Mining" has completed acceptance according to the standard of "Digital Mine Construction Guide". By the end of 2022, there were a total of 98 enterprises implementing the integration of informatization and industrialization, 20 cement production lines and 27 intelligent glass fiber production lines, and 19 pilot demonstration projects/cases of digital transformation selected by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
