At present, the status quo of this efficiency in the industry deviates from the requirements of high-quality development, and the most urgent task of the industry is steady growth. The second is to cut overcapacity. There will be no peace in the industry without capacity, but capacity removal is the most arduous and arduous task. Since 2009, the industry has called for more than ten years of capacity removal and taken many measures, but so far no obvious results have been achieved. The most arduous task in the future is capacity removal. The third is green, low-carbon, digital and intelligent transformation. He pointed out that leading cement enterprises such as China Building Materials, Conch Cement, Huarun Cement, Huaxin Cement and Red Lion Cement have taken the lead in exploring intelligent transformation. Intelligent logistics, unmanned driving, digital mine, AI kiln grinding experts, robots.. "Data-driven decision-making intelligence leads the future", intellectualization is the era issue we have to face directly. He pointed out that the cement industry should take a new road of industrialization with Chinese characteristics, and make efforts in three aspects of greening, intellectualization and high-end, so as to promote the further development of intellectualization in the cement industry. He shared his thoughts on the digital transformation of traditional enterprises, pointing out that: 1. New industrialization can not be measured by short-term economic benefits, but is the core of the basic capabilities of enterprises, and is committed to enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and long-term stability. 2. Digitalization is also one of the basic capacity building of enterprises, which can speed up the process of new industrialization, independently develop and control technological innovation, and achieve curve overtaking. 3. They are all "first-hand projects", and the leaders of enterprises should take part in them. He called on the industry to open up and cooperate, exchange and share, and jointly promote the innovative development of new industrialization of traditional enterprises. She made it clear that we should actively embrace change, accelerate the construction of sustainable leading industries, continue to innovate, dare to open up, and firmly build a digital and process-oriented management system. He pointed out that in terms of hardware, the domestic demonstration line has surpassed that of foreign countries, and is gradually transforming and expanding its scope; in terms of personnel, the number of domestic operators has not decreased, while foreign countries basically have one operator for each production line; in terms of image, domestic preference is for display, while foreign preference is for practicality and humanization (ergonomic design). He said that ammonia can be used to store hydrogen, because ammonia does not contain carbon, and ammonia is easy to liquefy, using hydrogen/ammonia/coal hybrid combustion system to reduce the use of coal. He said that intelligent cement plants should be based on model predictive control and operation optimization of intelligent modeling, and model predictive control and operation optimization have great potential. cement grinding process and the information transmission of the production process, as well as the intelligent monitoring and adjustment functions of the main and auxiliary equipment in the cement grinding process. Intelligent grinding system can achieve the goal of high quality, high yield and low energy consumption. He said that on the road of intelligent green mine construction, it is necessary to develop a mine intelligent analysis and decision-making platform based on big mine data, deepen blasting design and effect simulation and prediction, improve blasting effect, realize industrial application of comprehensive utilization of mine resources, and improve industrial application of fine ore blending and precise quality control. Looking ahead, he predicts that from 2023 to 2025, demand will decline by an average of 2% to 3% annually, and in 2025, it may break the plateau by breaking 2 billion tons. He shared four thoughts on digital transformation: 1. Management and process first, do not build castles in the air, to improve quality and efficiency, reduce costs and reduce consumption as the goal. 2. Be supported by persistent industrial spirit and craftsman spirit. 3. Pay attention to the data base and regard data governance as the basic work throughout the transformation. 4. Digital transformation is a good way to face adversity, and its essence is the change of management system. Online: Based on the concept of multi-system collaborative management of the whole process, the online data of the whole process is transparent and the quality is controllable. Intelligence: Advanced intelligent technology and equipment are used to realize unattended positions in the whole factory and centralized control rooms. Integration: Plant production business management and data center are integrated to realize visualization and transparency of plant production, equipment, safety and environment, and cost management. He said that digitalization has become an important decision for industry upgrading and business transformation. With the application of new technologies and the popularity of industries, artificial intelligence, big data and platform technology will continue to deepen and apply in various business scenarios. He said that ceramic materials have high strength and high corrosion resistance in high temperature environment, high tensile strength of titanium-aluminium alloy fibers at 1450 C for long-term use, and the content of steel fibers in titanium-aluminium ceramic materials is as high as 30%. Intelligent logistics system can use unattended collaborative system, centralized control platform, intelligent control mobile terminal, standard open platform and so on to help cement enterprises achieve "cost reduction and efficiency enhancement". He pointed out that the construction of intellectualization should focus on innovation investment and technical talents, so that intellectualization can help more people achieve success in their careers.
