On May 16, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting project of Qingfeng Village and Xinqiao Photovoltaic Power Generation Project was issued. The construction unit of the project is Yunlu Energy (Mouding) New Energy Development Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the rated capacity of Qingfeng Village Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is 45 MW (AC side), and the installed capacity is about 53.8902 MWp (DC side); Xinqiao Photovoltaic Power Generation Project has a rated capacity of 120MW (AC side) and an installed capacity of 143.
The above two projects are located in Anle Township, Mouding County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province.
The bidding scope is EPC general contracting project of Qingfeng Village and Xinqiao Photovoltaic Power Generation Project. Including survey and design (excluding components , box-type transformer, that the estimated contract price of the project is 40409.Bidders are required in terms of performance in
this tender:
(1) Independent bidders: nearly 5 years (January 1, 2022 Up to now, subject to the date of signing the contract) has undertaken at least one design and construction general contracting or EPC general contracting (including design and construction) performance of not less than 100MW (including 100MW) photovoltaic power generation project;
(2) The consortium bidder must meet the following requirements at the same time: ① The unit undertaking the construction task in the bidding consortium has provided nearly five years (from January 1, 2022 to the present). Construction performance of at least one photovoltaic power generation project not less than 100MW (including 100MW) undertaken (subject to the date of signing the contract); ② The unit undertaking the design task in the bidding consortium has provided nearly five years (from January 1, 2022 to the present). The design performance of at least one photovoltaic power generation project not less than 100MW (including 100MW) undertaken (subject to the date of signing the contract).
The project accepts consortium bidding, and the members of the consortium are not more than 3 . Note to
bidders that a deposit of 200,000 yuan is required for this tender. The deadline for
deposit payment and submission of documents is 8:30 on June 16, 2025.
