On August 3, the general contracting (EPC) project (Phase II) of 100m W distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Linhe District, Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region was tendered by Nongfa New Energy (Bayannaoer City) Co., Ltd.
It is understood that the project plans to build a new distributed photovoltaic power generation project in Linhe District, Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and build small photovoltaic power stations in the courtyards of towns and farmers through leasing mode. The distributed household photovoltaic 100MW will be sold to the grid in full through the transformer.
This project is divided into one bid section, with a total planned investment of 329 million yuan . The planned duration of the
project is 730 calendar days (from September 2, 2026 to September 1, 2028). Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . In case of consortium bidding, the total number of consortia shall not exceed 3 (inclusive), and the leader of the consortium must be a construction enterprise; If each party of the consortium bids separately in its own name or participates in the bidding of other consortia in the same bidding project, the relevant bidding shall be invalid; each party of the consortium shall sign a consortium agreement to clarify the scope of work, responsibilities, rights and obligations to be undertaken by the leader and each party. The
bidding documents shall be obtained from 09:00 on August 5 , 2026 to 17:00 on August 24, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:30 a.m. on August 25, 2026.
