On July 10, the EPC general contracting of the intelligent construction site of the 940MW photovoltaic power station in Meigu County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province was invited for public bidding.
The announcement shows that the 940MW photovoltaic power station in Meigu County, Liangshan Prefecture, invested by the Three Gorges Chuanneng (Meigu) New Energy Co., Ltd. A new 220kV booster station and an energy storage station will be built in the site, and connected to Liangshan East 500kV Substation through 220kV lines. The total area of the project site is 19580 78 mu, of which the booster station and energy storage station occupy 64.83 mu.
This project is based on the supporting software and hardware project of intelligent construction site for the construction of 940MW photovoltaic power station in Meigu County, Liangshan Prefecture, to build an IOT perception network covering personnel, equipment, materials and environment, and to build a smart site perception platform with supporting software and hardware systems to fully assist the intelligent supervision of the construction of Meigu photovoltaic station. The bidding scope of this
project includes the preparation of project construction scheme, the completion of necessary design, equipment procurement, site construction and software service delivery based on the attachments and relevant information provided by the tenderee. The specific scope includes:
the project is planned to commence on August 1, 2026, and the supply and on-site installation of all equipment shall be completed within 70 calendar days after receiving the notice of commencement from the Tenderee or the Supervisor; Complete the overall commissioning of the system within 100 calendar days, realize the supervision function of the intelligent site system and put it into trial operation. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least one smart site project performance in the power industry from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding quotation. Consortium bidding is allowed
in this tender . The time for obtaining the
bidding documents is from 8:30 on July 11, 2026 to 17:30 on July 16, 2026. The deadline for
submission is 10:00 on July 31, 2026.
