On July 11, Huaneng Zhongfeng Qinxian 100 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation EPC General Contracting Tender Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Shanxi Zhongfeng Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd.
According to the announcement, the project is located in the barren hills on the north side of Songcun Town, Qinxian County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. The land type is mainly other grasslands, and the photovoltaic area covers an area of about 3200 mu. The installed capacity of AC side in this phase is 100MW, and the installed capacity of DC side is 118.79712MWp. N-type 720 Wp monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass battery modules and more than 300 kW series inverters are used, and 35 kV American booster box transformer is used for boosting and then connected to the proposed 110 kV booster station.
This bidding project is divided into one bid section, including but not limited to completing and obtaining all certificates and formalities required for the early stage, construction and operation of the project; completing the feasibility study, survey and design of the target project; procurement of equipment and materials; civil engineering and installation works; Complete the organization, coordination, quality supervision, acceptance costs and other related work before and after the grid connection of all projects, and obtain relevant reports. The project is scheduled to be completed within eight months after the signing of the contract. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have two similar projects from July 2023 to the deadline for bidding. Consortium is not allowed to participate in
this project . The
bidding documents shall be obtained from 9:00 on July 12 , 2026 to 9:00 on July 17, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:30 on August 1, 2026.
