On July 9, China Nuclear Huineng Tongnan Xiaodu 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project invited public bidding for EPC general contracting, and the tenderer was Chongqing Tongnan Huitian New Energy Development Co., Ltd .
It is reported that the project is located in Tangba Town, Xinsheng Town, Xiaodu Town and other places in Tongnan District of Chongqing, with a planned AC side installed capacity of about 100MW and a DC side installed capacity of about 115.01MW. Single-crystal double-sided 720Wp PV modules are proposed to be used and sent to the new 110kV booster station through 35kV collector line.
The project plans to build a 110kV booster station in Tongnan Xiaodu 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of China Nuclear Huineng , which will be connected to Tangba Substation with a 110kV line. The bidding scope of
the project includes engineering supervision, equipment manufacturing supervision, main transformer, components, box transformer, inverter , main equipment of booster station (GIS, grounding transformer/station transformer, 35kV switch cabinet, prefabricated cabin, SVG, secondary equipment (complete set) EPC general contracting project outside the equipment and related engineering and technical services.
The project is tentatively scheduled to be connected to the grid with full capacity within 121 days after the commencement order is issued. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have EPC general contracting performance of one 100MW or more photovoltaic project from June 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender , and the specific requirements are as follows:
the time for obtaining the tender documents is from July 9 to July 14 , 2026. The deadline for
submission of bidding documents is 09:00 on July 30, 2026.
