On September 22, Jiangxi Nianhua Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. invited public bidding for the design, procurement and construction of the EPC general contracting project of Shache 300000 kilowatt photovoltaic sand control integration project, and the tenderer was Zhongneng Digital Technology (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Kashi Prefecture , Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a DC side capacity of 360,000 kilowatts and an AC side capacity of 300,000 kilowatts . According to the capacity of the project and the conditions of the surrounding power grid, it is proposed to build a new 220kV step-up gathering station, which is connected to the Kashi power grid by a 220kV line with a length of about 17 km. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . The consortium is composed of two units at most, and the construction party must be the leader of the consortium; if the consortium is used for bidding, the consortium agreement shall be provided in the bidding documents to clarify the division of labor between the leading party and each party of the consortium, and each member unit of the consortium shall meet the corresponding qualification requirements.
This tender requires that within 36 months (within 36 months before bid opening, including the month of bid opening, subject to the time of notification), the bidder has not been notified by the competent authorities of the industry to win the bid fraudulently, major engineering quality and major safety production accidents.
The proposed bidder (in case of consortium bidding, it refers to the construction unit in the consortium) must be the shortlisted unit for general contracting of power engineering construction in the supplier database of Zhongneng Digital Technology (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd., and the notice of shortlisted unit shall be provided. The
bidding documents will be obtained from 9:30 on September 23 , 2026 to 17:30 on September 29, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:30 on October 20, 2026.
