On August 13, Jinda Hongjing Shache County's 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project (EPC) tender announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Jinda Hongjing (Shache) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
It is understood that the project is located in Shache County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region , with a photovoltaic scale of 1 million kilowatts , a photovoltaic sand control lock boundary plot of No.21, and a sand control area of 30000 mu. This tender is divided into two sections, the total investment of the first section is about 860 million yuan , and the total investment of the second section is about 1.36 billion yuan . The bidding contents of the
project include but are not limited to the scheme design, deepening optimization and approval, preliminary design and approval, construction drawing design, material and equipment procurement, supporting equipment procurement and installation within the scope of land use and all construction within the scope of construction. The planned duration of the
project is 730 calendar days .
This project adopts the post-qualification method and accepts the consortium bidding. The number of consortia shall not exceed 2. If a consortium is formed for bidding, each member of the consortium shall sign a joint bidding agreement in accordance with the format provided by the tenderee, and clearly stipulate the work and responsibilities to be undertaken by each party.
Bidding documents will be obtained from August 14 , 2026 to August 21 , 2026 (registration time: 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 a.m.). The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on September 2, 2026.
