On October 24, Shanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. of State Power Investment Group issued a tender for EPC general contracting project of Longjiexing Xiangfen 200MW (Phase I 100MW) photovoltaic power station project (including collector lines). The project unit is Shanxi Longjiexing Energy Investment Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Taosi Township and Dadeng Township, Xiangfen County, Linfen City, Shanxi Province. The construction scale of Longjiexing Xiangfen 200MW (Phase I 100MW) Photovoltaic Power Station Project is 100MW (AC side), and the 87604 is MWp (DC side, not less than this capacity). The total planning area of
the project is about 2587 mu, a new 220kV booster station is built, which is connected to the new 220kV booster station through four 35kV collector lines, and a new single 220kV outgoing line is built. It is proposed to be connected to the 220kV bus of booster station of Xiangfen 200MW/400MWh independent peak regulation and frequency modulation energy storage project (Xiangfen Energy Storage), and connected to the grid system station through the outgoing line of Xiangfen Energy Storage Power Station .
The bidding scope includes but is not limited to the whole process of procurement and supply of all equipment, installation and commissioning of photovoltaic field equipment, civil and construction engineering, trial operation and grid connection, completion acceptance, etc. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have completed the construction contracting/general contracting performance of two or more 50 MW or more centralized photovoltaic projects (including 35 kV collector lines) in the past five years. Or at least complete 2 projects of construction and installation of photovoltaic area of centralized photovoltaic project of 50 MW and above, and 2 projects of construction and installation of 35 kV collector line; if the bidder's performance is a consortium, the consortium agreement shall be provided, and the agreement shall reflect the scope of work undertaken by the bidder.
The project is scheduled to start on December 1, 2026 and be completed on May 31, 2027. The specific commencement date shall be subject to the written commencement order issued by the Employer/Supervisor. From the construction preparation until the last photovoltaic power generation unit passes the 72-hour full-load trial operation, the handover of production, the completion acceptance and the completion settlement are completed, and the handover of project archives is completed, and the handover work is completed according to the management responsibility of zero defect handover.
The bidding documents will be obtained from October 25, 2026 to 17:00 on November 2, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 17:00 on November 16, 2026.
