The tenderer is Shanxi Electric Power Co., Ltd. of the State Power Investment Corporation. The AC side capacity
of Xiaoyi 100MW photovoltaic power generation project is 100MW , and the DC side capacity is 120MWp . The bidding scope includes the overall system engineering design; EPC of 220kV booster station, 100MW AC side capacity (120MWp DC side capacity) of photovoltaic field area and supporting collector line construction; EPC of 220kV transmission project. Be fully responsible for the construction of the project (including the transmission line project and the reconstruction and expansion of the opposite side) within the specified construction period. Complete but not limited to the following work: project survey and design, equipment procurement (except for components and inverters provided by the Employer), construction and installation, equipment commissioning, trial operation and grid connection, grid-related work, obstacle clearance and coordination of large transport roads, long-term, Handle the temporary lease formalities and bear the corresponding costs, complete the work related to acceptance, be responsible for the safety, quality and progress management during the project construction, and be responsible for the coordination work related to the project (excluding all risks of construction engineering and all risks of installation engineering).
The project is scheduled to start on July 10, 2026 and be completed on December 25, 2026. In terms of
performance, the tender requires bidders to be within five years (including before the deadline for bidding). Complete the EPC general contracting performance of two or more onshore centralized photovoltaic power generation projects with a single capacity of 100MW or more and one or more Construction performance of transmission lines of 220kV and above . Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender . The deadline for
