On August 6, the successful candidate for the EPC general contracting procurement project of the second bid section of the 500MW photovoltaic composite project in Lingwu City, the new energy center of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation was announced. A total of three candidates were shortlisted for
the tender, two of whom belonged to China Power Construction Group , and the remaining one was a subsidiary of China Nengjian .
According to the calculation of 500MW capacity, the unit price of this entry is 1.775-1.781 yuan/W . Details are as follows:
On July 1, the above EPC project issued a tender announcement, and the tenderer was Lingwu Linglu New Energy Co., Ltd. The
tender announcement shows that the project is located near Majiatan Town, Lingwu City, Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with a construction scale of 500 MW photovoltaic . Supporting construction of energy storage facilities with capacity of 100MW/400MWh.
The project is scheduled to enter the site on August 1, 2026, start the foundation construction of the photovoltaic area on August 10, 2026, start the support construction of the photovoltaic area on August 15, and start the component construction of the photovoltaic area on August 20. On December 30, 2026, the project will be connected to the grid with full capacity. The bidding scope of the bidder of
this project includes but is not limited to: engineering survey and design, project management, procurement and supply, acceptance, unloading, storage, secondary transshipment, inspection and management of all equipment and materials (except those supplied by Party A) involved in the second bid section of this project; Civil engineering and installation engineering construction, test and inspection, commissioning and acceptance, production preparation and training, defect elimination and handover to production, quality assurance, services within the warranty period of project quality, etc.
