On August 13, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of China Nuclear Huineng Fengtai Huisheng 100 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project was issued.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Fengtai County, Huainan City, Anhui Province , mainly using the water surface development and construction of pits and ponds in the coal mining subsidence area, which is divided into six water areas with a total water area of about 2500 mu and a planned installed capacity of 118.05755MWp on the DC side. AC side 100WW . The bidding scope of
the project includes engineering design, procurement and transportation, coordination and formalities, engineering construction and acceptance, etc. In addition, the project plans to build a 220kV booster station (China Nuclear Huineng Booster Station), which will be connected to the Datang Fengtai 220kV booster station built at the same time with a 220kV line. The planned construction period of this
project is 180 days (in case of the Spring Festival, the subsequent nodes will be extended by 20 days), of which the project preparation period is 1 month.
This tender requires bidders to have EPC performance of one photovoltaic project not less than 100MW in the past three years (from July 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding). Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . In case of consortium bidding, the number of consortium members (including the leader) shall not exceed 2. The
bidding documents will be obtained from August 13 , 2026 to August 18 , 2026. The deadline for
submission of bidding documents is 9:00 on September 3, 2026.
