On June 10, Huadian Group issued the "Jiangsu Huadian Yancheng Honggang 390 MW Fishing-photovoltaic Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Tender Announcement", and the tenderer was Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Xiangshui County, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, with a scale of 390MW/510.59232MWp. The performance period of the project is from the date of signing the contract to the full capacity grid connection on December 30, 2026.
The bidding project is divided into one bid section, specifically EPC general contracting of photovoltaic power station-EPC general contracting of renewal project. In addition to the equipment that has been purchased, such as photovoltaic modules , inverters , main transformers, box-type transformers, GIS-level power cables supplied by Party A, etc. The requirements for bidders in
this tender in terms of performance are as follows:
· Independent bidders: from January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the date of commissioning). ① The bidder has at least one EPC general contracting and operation performance of photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of 200MW and above in a single contract (if the contract performance of the consortium is provided, Only the EPC contract performance of the bidder as the leader of the consortium is accepted); ② The bidder has the design and operation performance of at least one photovoltaic project with a total capacity of 200MW and above in a single contract.
· Consortium bidding: from January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the date of commissioning), ① The unit undertaking the design task in the consortium has the design and operation performance of at least one photovoltaic project with a total capacity of 200MW or more under a single contract; ② The unit undertaking the main construction task of the photovoltaic area in the consortium has at least one single contract with a total capacity of 200 MW or more photovoltaic project construction and operation performance.
The project accepts consortium bidding, and the total number of members of the consortium (including the leader) shall not exceed 3. Deadline for submission of
bidding documents/time of bid opening: 09:00, July 1, 2026.
