The announcement showed that the second and third bidding sections of the project were not tendered because less than three bidders submitted bidding documents and did not meet the opening conditions stipulated by relevant laws .
On April 2, Daqin Electric Power Xinhe County 600000 kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project EPC general contracting public tender announcement was issued, the tenderer is Daqin Electric Power (Xinhe) Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Xinhe County, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang, with a total investment of 1.65 billion yuan, an area of 18,000 mu and a rated capacity of 600MW (installed capacity of about 633.5472 MWp). This tender is divided into three bid sections, each of which has a new photovoltaic installed capacity of 200MW and a photovoltaic sand control area of 6000 mu .

On April 21, the EPC of the photovoltaic sand control project issued a postponement announcement, and the bid opening time was postponed from 9:30 on April 23 to 9:30 on May 12.
