On May 7, the tender announcement for the general contracting of the 200000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation project (EPC) in Wuxiang County, Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, was made by Tongbao (Wuxiang) Clean Energy Co., Ltd. The 200MW photovoltaic power generation project
in Wuxiang County is located near 12 villages in Gucheng Town and Fenshuiling Township of Wuxiang County, covering an area of about 7,000 mu. The total planned capacity of the project is 250 MW, which will be constructed in two phases. The construction capacity of the photovoltaic power station project in this phase is 200MW , which is completed at one time. The installed capacity of the AC side is 200MW, and the installed capacity of the DC side is 240MWp . The photovoltaic area is planned to adopt 630Wp high-efficiency double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon solar modules .
This tender is for EPC of the above 200MW photovoltaic power generation project, including but not limited to: (1) land leasing; (2) land compensation; (3) survey and design; (4) equipment procurement; (5) Project construction: responsible for all civil works, installation materials, equipment installation and commissioning tests within the scope of the project, including but not limited to the photovoltaic area, 35kV collector line and booster station; (6) Special technical services; (7) In addition to the above explicit requirements, it includes but is not limited to the procurement and supply of all equipment and materials related to the project, construction of civil works and installation, project management, commissioning, trial operation, handover of production, training, acceptance, services within the warranty period of project quality, etc.
The bidding period is scheduled to be put into operation on December 31, 2027 with full capacity.
This tender requires bidders to have good business reputation and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, it is required to have the general contracting (or construction) business of a centralized grid-connected photovoltaic power station with a single contract installed capacity of 200MW from May 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding (general contracting and construction performance: refers to the completion date during this period). Consortium bidding is allowed for
this project , and the number of members of the consortium shall not exceed 2 . The lead unit must be the construction unit . Deadline for
