On April 29, China Electric Power Construction New Energy Company issued a public tender announcement for EPC general contracting of photovoltaic power generation project of Hanjiang 80 MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project. The tenderer is Yangzhou Juyuan New Energy Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the project is located in Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with an installed capacity of 92.06 MWp on the DC side and a rated capacity of 80 MW on the AC side, with a total planned construction period of 360 calendar days.
The project is scheduled to start on October 15, 2026, the first batch of photovoltaic arrays will be connected to the grid on April 30, 2027, and all photovoltaic arrays will be connected to the grid on September 15, 2027. The scope of this
tender includes (but not limited to): coordination of land acquisition (occupation) and lease; handling of relevant design review, construction certificates and approval documents of engineering construction projects; survey, measurement, design (including budget and budget), scientific research, as-built drawings and all related consultation and services in the stages of engineering design, preliminary design and construction drawings; Procurement, manufacturing supervision, transportation and management of equipment (excluding equipment supplied by Party A) and materials; manufacturing supervision, inspection, unloading and management of equipment purchased by the Employer; project construction preparation and construction; installation and commissioning of all equipment (including equipment supplied by Party A); special design, evaluation, construction and monitoring of water conservation, environmental protection, safety facilities and occupational hazard protection facilities.
This tender has certain requirements and restrictions on the qualifications, abilities and reputation of the bidders. In terms of performance, the bidder is required to have an EPC of 80MW or above photovoltaic power generation project in the past five years (May 2021-April 2026). Completion performance of the general contracting project or the general contracting project of photovoltaic power generation engineering construction (the completion time shall be subject to the project acceptance certificate issued by the Employer or the completion acceptance time). Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender (the number of consortium members is less than 3). The deadline for submission of
bidding documents is 9:00 (Beijing time) on May 20, 2026.
