The tender announcement shows that Xiaolongtan Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Sheshan Village, Xunjiansi Town, Mile City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, with a rated capacity of 50.1MW, an installed capacity of 69.57888 MWp and a capacity ratio of 1.3888. The total static investment of this project is about 307.0119 million yuan, and the scale of this tender is about 0.94 million yuan 18845.
The EPC project of Xiaolongtan Photovoltaic Power Generation Project includes survey, design and other services (reaching the depth of construction drawings), equipment procurement and installation of photovoltaic field, construction and installation works, equipment and materials procurement of booster station, construction and installation works, 35kV collector line, ecological vegetation restoration, project coordination, etc.
It is worth noting that components , box transformers and inverters are purchased by bidders through public bidding. The Employer, the Supplier and the EPC General Contractor shall sign a tripartite supply contract respectively; the Contractor shall organize the bidding for the main transformer, SVG and GIS according to law, and the bidding scheme, control price and bid evaluation results shall be reviewed and confirmed by the Employer, and the final contract price shall be subject to the bidding results reviewed and confirmed by the Employer; In the bidding stage, components , box-type transformer, inverter, main transformer and SVG are included in the EPC contract in the form of provisional valuation, and the contract amount is included in the EPC general contract. In addition to requiring bidders to have good business reputation, financial status, and corresponding qualification requirements,
this tender also requires bidders to have good business reputation, financial status, and corresponding qualifications. The requirements for the main site management personnel to be assigned by the bidder are as follows:
the person in charge of the project must hold the certificate of Class I registered constructor of mechanical and electrical/construction engineering specialty and the certificate of Class B safety production assessment; It is required to provide the performance of at least one 40 MW and above domestic photovoltaic power station EPC general contracting project completed in the capacity of project leader in the past five years (from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding), and undertake not to serve concurrently as other project leaders during the construction of this project.
Design principal : must have the title of senior engineer or above in engineering; must provide the performance of at least one domestic photovoltaic power station project of 40 MW or above completed in the capacity of design principal in the same period.
Technical director : must have the title of senior engineer or above in engineering; must provide the performance of at least one domestic photovoltaic power station project of 40 MW or above completed in the capacity of technical director in the same period. Person in charge of
safety: must have the title of engineering engineer or above and the certificate of Class C safety production assessment; must provide the performance of at least one 40 MW or above domestic photovoltaic power station project completed in the capacity of person in charge of safety in the same period. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project , and the number of members of the consortium shall not exceed 3. The deadline for submission of
bidding documents/bid opening time is: 08:30, May 11, 2026 (Beijing time).
