On April 2, Daqin Electric Power (Xinhe) Co., Ltd. invited public bidding for EPC general contracting of 600000 kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project in Xinhe County.
The announcement shows that the 600000 kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project of Daqin Electric Power Xinhe County is located in Xinhe County, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang, with a total investment of 1.65 billion yuan and an area of 18000 mu. Rated capacity of 600MW (installed capacity of about 633.5472 MWp ), supporting 50 MW/100M Wh energy storage , sand control and other ancillary facilities; The project plans to build a new Daqin Xinhe 220kV step-up gathering station to supply power to Xinhe County. In the preliminary design stage of the
project, 710Wp N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass battery components are recommended . The total number of components is 892,320 . The specific contents of this
tender include but are not limited to: the development, survey, feasibility study, design, civil engineering and related supporting works of this project, supporting 50,000 kW/100,000 kWh energy storage and sand control related contents, coordination of external relations, supply, procurement, installation, inspection, test and commissioning of all equipment and systems in this project. Trial operation, pre-construction procedures, completion acceptance, grid connection, operation and maintenance, technology and after-sales service, etc., are all done in a "turnkey" manner .
The tender is divided into three bid sections , each of which has a new photovoltaic installed capacity of 200 MW and a photovoltaic sand control area of 6000 mu. The area division is subject to the final scope confirmation sheet.
It is worth noting that the design of the whole project is coordinated by the first bid section, and other bid sections do not undertake the work of the design part.
At the same time, the first bid section also involves the contents of the 220kV step-up gathering station and the supporting 50,000 kW/100,000 kWh energy storage part.
This tender requires bidders to have good financial status, business reputation, and corresponding qualifications. The performance requirements are as follows:
Construction performance : The bidder must provide nearly 5 years (from January 1, 2021 to the present). Subject to the time when the contract is signed) has undertaken at least one similar performance ( ≥ 100 MW that has been put into production in China, Or the performance of similar projects (centralized, distributed, agricultural-photovoltaic complementary , photovoltaic sand control, etc.) with a single contract value of more than 150 million yuan . Design performance
(only one bid section is required to be provided): the bidder shall provide the design performance for the past five years (from January 1, 2021 to the present). Subject to the time when the contract is signed) has undertaken at least one similar design performance (centralized, distributed, agricultural-photovoltaic complementary, photovoltaic sand control, etc.) ( domestic production ≥ 100 MW, or single contract value ≥ 500,000 yuan ). Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender, but the leader of the consortium must be the construction unit, with no more than two members.
