According to the announcement of "Annual Performance Forecast Announcement and Provision for Impairment" issued by Bowei Alloy on January 23, the company expects to achieve a net profit of 1-150 million yuan in 2025. Year-on-year decrease of 88.92% to 92.61% ; The net profit deducted from non-profits is 105-155 million yuan . Decreased by 88.30% year-on-year to 92.
In addition, the company also made a provision of 303 million yuan for inventory depreciation in the new energy sector. Provision for impairment of assets related to the 3GW cell project of Bowett (Haiyang, Vietnam) 7.
In view of the significant impact of the above situation on investors, the Shanghai Stock Exchange raised an inquiry to Bowett Alloy in this regard. With
regard to inventory impairment , Bowei Alloy disclosed that it was mainly affected by the imposition of 307 on Vietnamese photovoltaic products by the United States in 2025. The company's wholly-owned subsidiaries in the United States are unable to enjoy federal subsidies due to irregular shareholding ratios, and some of the orders in hand are losing money.
Specifically, Bowei Alloy has made a total provision of about 266 million yuan for the related assets of North Carolina Factory and California Warehouse Components Company;
According to the announcement, the North Carolina factory in the United States is a solar cell and module manufacturing plant set up by Bowei Alloy in the United States in 2024. It is the main body of the expansion project of 3GW modules and 2GW batteries per year in the United States, and will be put into production and sold to the outside world in the fourth quarter of 2025. Vietnam's component and cell project mainly produces PERC cells and components, which are sold to American sales companies and sold by American sales companies; Bovelt (Haiyang, Vietnam) 3GW cell project per year was originally planned to be used to produce cells and send them to the North Carolina factory in the United States to produce components for sale in the United States. It started commissioning production in March 2025 and decided to stop advancing in December of that year.

Based on the above policy changes, Bowei Alloy decided to sell its US " in July 2025. As of the date of the announcement, the equity sale project of Bowei's US subsidiary is still in the negotiation stage. Several potential buyers offer no less than net assets and strive to complete the transfer in the first quarter of 2026.
