America: Cement Industry's New Environmental Award Winners Announced

< DIV > On March 19, at the Portland Cement Association Spring Conference held in La Jolla, California, USA, the winner of the 6th Cement Industry Environment and Energy Award jointly awarded by Portland Cement Association and American Cement magazine finally came to light. Six cement plants received special recognition for their contributions to improving environmental quality.
< DIV > The award is mainly given to cement plants that have made special contributions to the spirit of continuous improvement of environmental quality and put this spirit into action.
< DIV > "the cement industry is committed to producing a better product, but increasingly stringent manufacturing policies and operating procedures make our environmental achievements seem insignificant," said Charlie T.
