Sino-US joint venture Hebei Haote Wear-resistant Material Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of wear-resistant and heat-resistant materials, which was jointly established by Phoenix Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Brand Foundry Technology Co., Ltd. in Hebei, China. With the excellent technical advantages of American Phoenix Science and Technology, the company cooperates with the authoritative experts in the field of wear-resistant materials, grinding technology and grinding equipment in China, and introduces a complete set of wear-resistant material manufacturing technology and advanced technology of contemporary American "Century Magic Ball". It has successfully developed unique metal mold automatic ball casting production line, automatic box casting ball production line, EPC automatic wear-resistant casting production line and automatic continuous heat treatment quenching production line. Based on the advanced standards of the United States and China, it is oriented to cement building materials, metallurgical mineral processing, power chemical industry and other industries, with an annual output of more than 30000 tons of grinding balls and forging of different materials and models, and more than 10000 tons of wear-resistant and heat-resistant alloy steel castings such as wear-resistant liners, grate plates and hammers. It has become the specialized production base of wear-resistant materials with the highest level of modernization, the most advanced technology and the largest production scale in the north of China.
It is understood that the main bottleneck in the production of metal wear-resistant materials in China is the heat treatment process.
