United States: Texas Industries Sells Houston Area Plant

< DIV align = justify > TXI also said it will continue to support the Houston area with its existing facility for the next two years, after which it will move its production to a facility near Streetman, Texas.
 
< DIV align = justify > TXI also said the sale would add $19 million to the company's pre-tax income for the quarter ending Wednesday.
