Sinoma International (Tianjin) was responsible for commissioning Belarus KV project and obtained PAC certificate

On September 25, the Belarus Krichev 5000t/d clinker dry process production line commissioned by Sinoma International Tianjin Company formally obtained the PAC certificate signed by Party A, which marked the successful completion of the technical service work of the project.

Located in the suburb of Krichev, Mogilev Oblast, Belarus, the project is contracted by CITIC International Cooperation Company and undertaken by Sinoma International Tianjin Company.

Krichev Cement Plant is the second project of cooperation between Sinoma International Tianjin Company and CITIC Company. Faced with many difficulties, such as high moisture and viscosity of raw materials (such as clay and chalk), complex process of raw materials and firing system, and difficult process operation, the commissioning team did not shrink back. Under the leadership of Commissioning Manager Yang Shujun and Deputy Manager Wu Hong, all members of the commissioning team worked together to carry out a lot of repair and improvement work according to the characteristics of the project in the process of single commissioning, and to deal with the problems found in the process of load commissioning in time. At the critical moment before the examination of the kiln, the hammerhead was broken in a large area (69 pieces were broken). Yan Guoguang, the equipment supervisor, organized the machine repairmen to work overtime, and it took less than two days to repair all of them. Zhang Jingchao, the electrical supervisor, stayed at his post for 24 hours after the transformer of the tail exhaust fan was repaired and entered the factory. He guided the wiring and parameter proofreading on the spot, which won time and created favorable conditions for completing the performance assessment in a relatively short time.

With the joint efforts and careful cooperation of all parties, the two cement mills passed the 72-hour performance test on August 1 and August 21 respectively, the two drying mills passed the performance test on September 4, the coal mill passed the performance test on September 5, and the firing system passed the performance test on September 6.

The successful commissioning of Krichev Cement Plant has made due contributions to the company's marketing and expansion in the field of overseas production and commissioning.
