On May 28, Fuping 1 GW Photovoltaic Power Generation Guaranteed Grid-connected Project Phase I 500 MW (EPC) Project General Contracting Public Bidding Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Fuping Zhongrui New Energy Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that Fuping 1GW photovoltaic power generation guaranteed grid-connected project is located in Shijiazhai Township, Datai Township and Taiyu Township, Fuping County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. In the first phase of the project , the rated capacity of AC side is 500MW , the installed capacity of DC side is 600MWp , a 220 kV booster station is built, and two 250MVA main transformers are built in the station. At the same time, a 100MW/400MWh energy storage system will be built, with 25KM input and output. The scope and contents of this
tender include the preliminary design (including budget estimate), construction drawing design, completion drawing preparation, procurement, transportation and management of equipment and materials, installation, commissioning and trial operation of all buildings, and the construction of photovoltaic field, booster station (including energy storage), collector line and outgoing line projects. Communication connection, equipment and system commissioning, power grid acceptance, maintenance within the warranty period, grid connection formalities, relevant special acceptance, coordination and other work.
This tender requires the bidder's comprehensive qualification of engineering design or Grade A design qualification of engineering design power industry or Grade I (inclusive) or above qualification of general contracting of power engineering construction issued by the competent construction administrative department (the bidding of "qualification warning" or "abnormal qualification" enterprises is not accepted). Consortium bidding is accepted
