content shows that the construction site of the project is located in Kubuqi Desert and surrounding areas of Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a total installed capacity of 6 million kilowatts (6GW) , which can adopt wind power, photovoltaic and photothermal forms. In principle, it will no longer be split, and a powerful enterprise will be encouraged to lead the formation of a new single consortium as the main investor. The final construction content and investment scale of the project shall be subject to the approval documents.
This declaration requires that in addition to having a good business reputation, the leading unit of the main body of the declaration project should be an enterprise with the ability to develop a large-scale new energy base. An enterprise group (the group company referred to in this optimization is the highest parent company) can only participate in the optimization as an investor.

It is worth noting that the project construction clearly requires that the investment and development enterprise should speed up the preliminary work after receiving the confirmation of the investment and development subject, and obtain the approval of the state. The construction shall be started within one year; once the investment and development enterprise is selected and confirmed, the project construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements, and the project shall not be transferred within five years.
