The document points out that the scope of new energy storage for power system dispatching is clearly accepted. The new energy storage power station connected to the power system and signed the dispatching agreement can be divided into dispatching and dispatching new energy storage and self-use new energy storage. Dispatching and dispatching new energy storage refers to new energy storage power stations with independent metering devices and operating according to market clearing results or instructions of power dispatching agencies, including independent energy storage power stations and new energy storage stations with conditions for independent operation; Power station self-use new energy storage refers to a new type of energy storage power station that operates jointly with power generation enterprises and users and is controlled by power generation enterprises and users according to their own needs, including new energy allocation energy storage that does not operate independently, thermal power joint frequency modulation energy storage, and user-side energy storage that signs dispatching agreements and has the ability to accept dispatching instructions.
