Energy electronics industry is the integration and innovation of electronic information technology and new energy demand. Emerging industries that have emerged and developed rapidly include solar photovoltaic, new energy storage, key terminal applications, key information technology and other fields. Energy electronics industry is not only an important part of the implementation of manufacturing power, but also the material basis for the production, storage and utilization of new energy, and the backbone of achieving the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization. I. General requirements

Develop intelligent safety early warning technology and efficient and clean fire protection technology based on sound, heat, force, electricity and gas physical parameters. Establish a safety grading assessment system for energy storage systems, and develop a dynamic intelligent assessment technology for the safety status of energy storage systems based on operation data-driven and advanced artificial intelligence algorithms. Relying on the A-level large data center project of the State Key Laboratory of Inner Mongolia Electric Power Group, we will promote the construction of "Digital Mongolia Power". Based on the energy and electronic industry foundation of Hohhot, Ordos, Baotou and other places, we will build a national demonstration base for new industrialization. (12) Strengthen the integration and development of key areas. Accelerate the integration and application of energy electronic technology and products in industry, communications, energy, construction, agriculture and other fields. We will steadily promote renewable energy substitution in industrial parks and gradually achieve clean energy use in industrial parks.We will carry out demonstration of low-carbon industrial parks and gradually increase the proportion of new energy power in the parks through distributed, green power trading and green certificate trading. We will encourage the pilot project of direct power supply for new energy sources. Support the construction of large-scale wind power photovoltaic base. We will encourage the construction of industrial green micro-grids and the development of multi-energy complementary energy supply modes such as wind, solar and heat storage. We will promote the integrated application of renewable energy and new urbanization, and comprehensively develop distributed photovoltaic, decentralized wind power, biogas, geothermal heating and other forms of renewable energy according to local conditions, taking into account the diversified energy demand of local terminal electricity, steam and heat (cold). In rural and pastoral areas, distributed photovoltaic power stations such as "complementary agriculture and light", "complementary forest and light" and "complementary animal husbandry and light" will be built to promote the construction of integrated energy projects for complementary agriculture and animal husbandry in combination with the demand for power supply and heating, and to encourage self-use. We will increase the application and promotion of the energy and electronics industry in the field of transportation in our region, further enhance the service support capability of the electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and accelerate the formation of a moderately advanced, balanced, intelligent and efficient charging infrastructure system. Combined with the promotion of construction machinery and heavy truck electrification and power exchange mode, new energy power generation and power exchange heavy truck charging facilities are used for coordinated scheduling and efficient interaction. Increase the proportion of renewable energy applications, relying on intelligent charging infrastructure, explore the application of new interactive technologies (V2G) between electric vehicle and power grid, such as orderly charging, peak shaving and frequency modulation. We will accelerate the promotion of medium and heavy mining card substitution, and carry out pilot demonstrations of fuel cell vehicles in public transport, sanitation and other fields. Strengthen the construction of quality inspection platform and improve the certification system of energy and electronics industry. We will guide energy and electronics enterprises to implement the quality brand development strategy and cultivate a number of local enterprises with international influence.

(17) Do a good job of safety risk prevention. Establish and improve the responsibility system of safety production for all staff in accordance with the law and regulations, promote the systematization of safety production management in enterprises, and constantly improve the safety production management system in enterprises. With enterprises as the main body, we will build distributed photovoltaic big data and other service organizations to achieve visual and efficient management of component failures and potential accidents. Encourage energy storage power stations to customize safety insurance, strengthen the allocation of safety facilities, formulate and improve the training and assessment system for professionals, and improve risk management capabilities.

6. Strengthen organizational guarantee
