On October 18, the State Energy issued a public announcement to solicit public opinions on the Measures for the Management of the List of Key Concerns of Dishonest Subjects in the Energy Industry (Draft for Opinions). This management method is to further strengthen the credit supervision of the energy industry and build a new regulatory mechanism based on credit. The list of key concerns refers to the fact that the State Energy Administration and its dispatched agencies, according to their functions and powers, have listed their credit behavior as serious dishonesty or serious dishonesty after accepting administrative penalties, and have failed to fulfill their credit commitments, as well as the relevant enterprises with more serious bad credit records on the national credit information sharing platform, which are included in the list of key concerns.
