12月20日，在福建省谋成水泥发展公司水泥熟料生产线技改工程及水泥窑烟气超低排放改造项目工地，水泥搅拌车、运输车等工程车辆来回穿梭，重型吊车、曲臂式高空作业车伸出长臂，工人们正忙着搭建水泥系统桩基，现场一派火热的建设景象。
水泥熟料生产线技改项目施工现场
这个技改项目总投资约8.28亿元，总用地约108亩，分三期建设。新建的水泥生产线采用新型干法预分解生产工艺，可实现大气污染物超低排放，建成投产后，年产水泥可达200万吨。
目前，已完成第一条旧生产线配套设施、厂房设备的拆除，正加速厂区新增道路、进料汽车衡、水泥系统桩基的建设，明年7月可投产。
“项目目前进展顺利，从前期手续办理到开工建设要素保障，曹远镇技改服务专班全程高效服务，让项目有望提前3个月竣工。”水泥熟料生产线技改项目负责人柯东兴说。
