Guizhou Huangping Jianfeng Cement Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Jianfeng Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Jianfeng Cement). The total investment of this project is 758 million yuan. It is a key poverty alleviation cooperation project between the East and the West of Qiandongnan Prefecture in Zhejiang Province. Guizhou Huangping Jianfeng Cement Co., Ltd., the company's project is supporting a 9 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation project, with an area of about 420 mu, a mining area of about 2000 mu near the plant area where raw materials for cement production come from, and a limestone reserve of 80 million tons. The project is planned, designed and constructed in accordance with the "Second Generation New Dry Cement Technical Standard" and the requirements of intelligent manufacturing and green environmental protection. A series of advanced technologies are adopted in the process design; all the production lines are equipped with advanced energy-saving equipment, and the pipeline design is optimized to reduce energy consumption. In terms of informatization, Huangping Jianfeng aims at industry 4.0 and intelligent factories, builds an informatization architecture with DCS system, ERP system and MES system as the core and other auxiliary systems as the supplement, and becomes a benchmark enterprise for the informatization of its subsidiaries. In the aspect of intelligent control, the one-card system and information system have been built synchronously, the equipment has been started remotely, and the bagged cement has been automatically packaged and loaded. Liu Feng introduced that Huangping Jianfeng won the honor of provincial green factory after self-declaration in November 2022. In September of the same year, Huangping Jianfeng passed the first batch of national industrial energy-saving supervision in 2023, and its energy consumption reached the first-class target. It has won the title of energy efficiency benchmarking enterprise. In March 2024, on the basis of provincial green factories, after self-declaration, they won the honor of national green factories, but the pace of green transformation and energy saving and consumption reduction will not stop because of honor. "Our dust emissions are less than 10 mg, and now we use the second generation of production equipment, in order to reduce costs and increase efficiency, reduce carbon emissions." We sometimes burn carbon black instead of coal. This year, the company plans to invest 20 million yuan in kiln tail renovation to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, which was implemented in July and is expected to be completed in October. After the renovation, the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction will be better. Liu Feng said that the kiln tail decomposition furnace uses staged combustion technology and the latest SNCR denitrification technology. The NOX emission concentration at the kiln tail can be controlled below 100 mg per cubic meter. All dust collection facilities and equipment are designed and manufactured according to the national ultra-low emission standard of 10 mg per cubic meter.
In addition, the comprehensive utilization level of resources will be further improved by making full use of mine waste rocks to produce building aggregates. At the same time, it has the ability to co-dispose solid waste and hazardous waste in cement kilns, which also has the potential to develop it into a new environmental protection industry. Beginning in July 2022, in line with the concept of green development, Huangping Jianfeng has also actively carried out comprehensive utilization of resources, through technical research, adapted and used solid wastes such as yellow phosphorus slag, phosphogypsum, coal-fired slag, ferroalloy slag, construction waste, etc., which has been highly recognized by the government and will be launched in March 2024. At the same time, Guizhou Huangping Jianfeng Cement Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of water-saving enterprise at the county level in Huangping County in 2021. It is understood that the water taken by the enterprise is mainly used for cooling the cement production equipment. The water is from the circulating pool to the cement production equipment to cool the high-temperature cement production equipment. After cooling the equipment, the water is used to cool the cement production equipment. At this time, the "hot water" continues to return to the cooling tower of the circulating water pool, and continues the next round of "cooling equipment journey" after the water temperature drops. The whole process can be circulated to improve the utilization efficiency of water and achieve the effect of saving water. A sewage treatment station is also set up in
the plant area to collect and treat the production and domestic sewage of the enterprise in a unified way. The factory water is used for dust removal, sprinkling and greening in the plant area after being tested up to the standard, thus realizing the recycling of sewage.
