During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the industrial structure and energy consumption structure of building materials will be significantly optimized, the unit energy consumption and carbon emission intensity of key products such as cement, glass and wall materials will be continuously reduced, the production capacity of cement clinker will be reduced by 8%, and the comprehensive energy consumption of clinker products will be reduced by 5%.
