The project is invested and constructed by Liaoyuan Tianying Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 9.585 billion yuan and an area of about 1076732.1 square meters. It is planned to build a synthetic ammonia production capacity of 540,000 tons/year, a methanol production capacity of 300,000 tons/year and a hydrogen production capacity of 240,000 standard cubic meters/hour. The project is planned to start in April 2024 and be completed in April 2027.
