On November 14, Fengfan announced that in order to enhance the comprehensive benefits of the company's photovoltaic industry , Yangzhou Jingying Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yangzhou Jingying"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Suzhou Jingying, a holding subsidiary of the company, intends to sign an investment agreement with the People's Government of Yueyang County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, to build a new energy industry chain base project in Yueyang County. After the signing of the agreement, Yangzhou Jingying will register and establish a wholly-owned legal person company locally.
According to the agreement, the total investment of the new energy industry chain base project is about 1.2 billion yuan . Among them , the distributed photovoltaic power generation project is about 700 million yuan , and the 2G W photovoltaic module intelligent manufacturing industry project totals about 500 million yuan.
Among them, the distributed photovoltaic power generation project covers the roofs of public buildings in 15 townships in Yueyang County (including industrial and commercial roofs but excluding school buildings) and the roof photovoltaic resources of public buildings in Yueyang High-tech Industrial Park (subject to the roof use contract signed by Party B and the owner of roof assets), with a preliminary estimate of 200MW. The 2G W PV module intelligent manufacturing project will be constructed in two stages, and the 1GW production line will be put into operation in each stage. According to
the data, Changshu Fengfan Electric Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (Fengfan Co., Ltd.), founded in 1993, is a domestic enterprise specializing in the production of 1000 kV and below EHV transmission line angle steel towers, steel pipe composite towers, various pipelines, substation structural supports, 220kV and below steel pipe poles and various steel structural parts. At present, the company has formed a strategic layout with metal component processing industry as the leading factor and coordinated development of other businesses. In July
last year, the company acquired a 60% stake in Suzhou Jingying for 960 million yuan to enter the photovoltaic field, which was founded in 2009 and is a professional manufacturer of photovoltaic silicon wafers. At present, Suzhou Jingying has established cooperative relations with overseas customers such as Taiwan, Japan, India and many domestic benchmarking photovoltaic enterprises.
