In 2024, the time-of-use electricity price in Shandong was officially released, and a total of 62 hours of deep valley time and 184 hours of peak time were added throughout the year .
This is the third time that Shandong has adjusted the time-of-use electricity price system for industry and commerce since the trial operation of spot settlement in 2019. The division table of seasons and peak-valley periods
in 2024
remains unchanged:
(1) The coefficients of peak, peak, valley and depth remain unchanged, which are still 2, 1.7, 0.3 and 0.1.
However, the floating projects increase the cost of line loss and system operation, so the difference between peak and valley is enlarged.
(2) There is no change
in the time-sharing period from September to November in autumn:
(1) February is included in winter from the original spring. According to the comprehensive adjustment, the biggest change in February was that the peak and peak periods were one hour ahead of schedule.
(2) Except that there is no deep valley in summer, the deep valley period of the whole year is adjusted to 11-14 points, totaling 3 hours
, which means that with the increase of the deep valley in two months in winter, the deep valley period of Shandong increases by 62 hours in the whole year.
(3) In winter, the noon valley electricity ends early, entering the flat section at 15 o'clock and the peak section at 16 o'clock.
(4) In summer, from 17 to 18 o'clock in the evening, it changes from the original peak section to the peak section.
(5) In spring, from 17 to 18 o'clock in the evening, it changes from the original peak section to the peak section.
It can be seen that the period of 17-18 o'clock in the evening belongs to the period with the highest cost of system adjustment in Shandong. At the same time, it also means that Shandong has increased its peak period by 184 hours throughout the year.
(6) In summer, the valley power in the early morning starts and ends 2 hours earlier. The installed capacity of wind power
in Shandong is smaller than that of photovoltaic power , accounting for about 13-14% of the total installed capacity of direct regulation, and photovoltaic power (including distributed power) accounts for about 30%. As a "big power" at night, the installed speed of wind power in Shandong can not catch up with that of photovoltaic power.
With the commissioning of new installed capacity in 2024 and the continuous entry of new units into the market, what new features will Shandong's electricity price take on?
