At the same time, considering the capital situation of Northern Holding Company and Shenneng Shule New Energy Company, it is proposed that Shenzhen Energy will increase the capital of Northern Holding Company by RMB 528 million for the above projects, and Northern Holding Company will increase the capital of Shenneng Shule New Energy Company by RMB 528 million for the above projects. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Shenneng Shule New Energy Company increased from RMB 673 million to RMB 1.201 billion.
It is reported that the second phase of the project is located in Shule County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang, about 20 kilometers southeast of Alapu Township, with a total installed capacity of 500000 kilowatts, supporting the construction of 125 MW/500 MWh electrochemical energy storage facilities.
In addition, the first phase of the project has completed part of the construction.
