According to the environmental impact assessment documents of Santaipu Photovoltaic Power Generation Project
, Santaipu Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located on the hillside near Bengda Village, Lingquan Street, Kaiyuan City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and the construction unit is Guangmei New Energy (Kaiyuan) Co., Ltd . The photovoltaic installation capacity of this
project is 100MW , with a total investment of 450 million yuan . A total of 175,280 715 Wp monocrystalline silicon double-sided PV modules are installed in the PV power station , and 36 PV arrays are constructed, including 4 3.6MW arrays and 22 3.2MW arrays. Two 2.0MW arrays, five 1.6MW arrays and three 1.3MW arrays, four 35kV collector lines, one 110kV booster station (main transformer capacity is 1 × 100 MVA), and the booster station covers an area of 9500m2 .
It is reported that the project is one of the projects in the development and construction plan of the first batch of new energy projects in Yunnan Province in 2024. According to the EIA document

The construction unit is Hongqiao New Energy Co., Ltd . The planned installed capacity of the
project is 340MW , and the installed capacity (DC side) is 426MW . The total 117464 is RMB. 1, 000 yuan . The project adopts 595,840 monocrystalline silicon double-sided PV modules with a capacity of 715 Wp, totaling 212,80 PV strings (brackets). The grid-connected inverter is 320 kW string inverter. A total of 1064 320 kW string inverters are required.
