The announcement shows that on September 12, 2023, the company signed the Cooperation Agreement on High Efficiency Heterojunction Battery Project with the Management Committee of Moganshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Huzhou (hereinafter referred to as "Moganshan Management Committee").
The agreement stipulates that the company intends to invest about 1.4 billion yuan in the fixed assets of the project with an annual output of 4GW high-efficiency heterojunction batteries in Moganshan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Huzhou (the final total investment is subject to the actual investment amount), and build 8 high-efficiency heterojunction battery production lines . After the completion of the project, the project subsidiary will have an annual production capacity of 4GW high-efficiency heterojunction batteries. The project will be constructed in two phases, with 2GW in the first phase and an investment of about 800 million yuan .
In view of the fact that the project construction is affected by many factors, such as the macro environment, the change of the market environment of the photovoltaic industry , the financing environment, the implementation conditions of the project construction, and the cooperation progress of the relevant parties of the project construction.
