Project Overview: Yangtze River Delta Integration South Taihu New Area Industrial Park Infrastructure Renovation (High-speed Railway Station Road Network) Project runs east-west as a whole. The starting point of the main line viaduct is Sujiazhuang Interchange with the Second Ring North Road Expressway, the starting point pile number is K0 + 000, the route crosses Tianheng Road westward, and after the Tianheng Road Interchange, it continues to cross Mengxi Road and Changhushen Channel (planning Grade II Channel) westward successively, and intersects with the Third Ring West Road and Hangzhou-Nanjing Expressway with the Third Ring West Road Interchange. After that, the viaduct continues to cross Yangjiazhuang Road, Yanshan Road and Zhihe Road, and then intersects with Zhanqian Road to set up Zhanqian Road Interchange. The route continues to cross the railway line westward (starting and ending chainage K4 + 822-K5 + 561), and then intersects with Miaofeng Highway and reserves the entrance and exit of Miaofeng Interchange. Then the viaduct lands at the end of the project, with the end chainage K6 + 400. The total length of the route is about 6.4km. The starting point of
the ground road is located at the intersection of the auxiliary road of Hangchangqiao North Road and the auxiliary road of the Second Ring West Road. The starting point pile number is FK0 + 000, corresponding to the pile number of the main line K0 + 000. It is laid out by using the lower space of the main line viaduct. It is separated from the main line after reaching Mengxi Road. It passes through the current Chuangye Bridge along the current Chuangye Avenue and merges with the main line after passing through Dongbang Road. After the route continues westward to Zhihe Road, the existing Chuangye Avenue is used along the north side of the main line. The end point of the route is located at the south side of Yaojiabu Village, and the end point is connected with the existing Chuangye Avenue. The end point chainage is FK6 + 396.969, corresponding to the chainage K6 + 400 of the main line. The total length of the ground road is about 6.4km.
The viaduct of the main line is provided with 6 bridges of 5636.49m, including 1 super-large bridge of 2065m (including a continuous steel box girder super-large bridge with a single span of 152m) and 5 large bridges of 3571.49m. The ramp bridge is provided with tie bar arch bridges with single span of 120m and 135m respectively. The ground road is provided with 2 bridges of 653m, 1 large bridge of 659.04m (for use), and 1 medium and small bridge of 26.04m; the whole line is provided with 4 interchanges, and Miaofeng interchange access conditions and 11 grade crossings are reserved. In addition, there are 880 parking spaces, 500 charging piles, 6 billboards and 1 LED billboard. The total investment of this
project is 2.79416 billion yuan (including 384.47 million yuan for the railway section), and the construction and installation cost is 2.167.56 billion yuan (including 245.84 million yuan for the railway section).
Technical standard: According to the requirements of Technical Standard for Highway Engineering (JTG B01-2014) and Technical Standard for Highway Engineering in Urbanized Areas (JTG 2112-2021), the main elevated road of the project adopts the technical standard of first-class highway (distribution function), taking into account the function of urban roads, with a design speed of 80km/H. From the starting point of the main line viaduct to Zhanqian Road, two-way six lanes are adopted, and the subgrade section width is 27m. From Zhanqian Road to the end point, two-way four lanes are adopted, and the standard section width is 19.5m; The design speed of the ground road is 50km/H. The section from Mengxi Road to Dongbang Road is two-way six-lane, and the other sections are two-way four-lane. According to different sections, the width of the subgrade section is divided into 44 m, 63 m, 37.5 m and 26 m. The design standard axle load of pavement is BZZ-100m, and the design vehicle load grade of bridges and culverts is Highway-I.
Bidding scope: (1) Subgrade works, pavement works (base course), bridge and culvert works, crossing works, parking lot, three-change works within the scope of the starting and ending chainage K0 + 000-K2 + 536 (left chainage K2 + 511) of the main line viaduct and the starting and ending chainage FK0 + 000-FK2 + 671 of the ground road. Construction completion of demolition works, defect repair during the defect liability period and warranty liability during the warranty period. (2) Third Ring West Road Interchange Ramp D Tied Arch Main Bridge and North Approach Bridge (starting and ending chainage DK0 + 000-DK0 + 412.14), Construction completion of subgrade works, pavement works (base course), bridge and culvert works, etc. within the scope of G ramp tied-arch main bridge and north approach bridge (starting and ending stake No. GK0 + 543.317-GK0 + 848.82) and widening bridge (starting and ending stake No. CRK2 + 327.6-CRK2 + 603.3), defect repair during the defect liability period and warranty responsibility during the warranty period. (3) Construction completion, defect repair during the defect liability period and warranty responsibility during the warranty period of the main line viaduct of the project (excluding the railway section, the starting and ending chainage of the railway section is K4 + 822-K5 + 561) and the asphalt concrete pavement surface and greening works within the whole line of the ground road. This tender does not include mechanical and electrical engineering, traffic safety facilities engineering and sound barrier engineering, and the specific quantities are detailed in the bill of quantities. Main structures of Lot TJ01 include Sujiazhuang Interchange, Sujiazhuang Interchange Main Line Bridge (the left bridge is about 941.2m long and the right bridge is about 776.3m long), Tianheng Road Interchange, Tianheng Road Interchange Main Line Bridge (the bridge is about 950m long), and Sanhuan West Road Interchange Main Line Bridge (the bridge is about 569m long). It includes a continuous steel box girder super-large bridge with a single span of 152m for the main bridge), a tied arch main bridge with a single span of 135m for the interchange ramp D of the Third Ring Road West, and a tied arch main bridge with a single span of 120m for the interchange ramp G of the Third Ring Road West. The estimated construction and installation cost of the TJ01 bid section in
this tender is about 910.55 million yuan.
