Construction Location: Ninghua County and Jianning County, Sanming City, Fujian Province

Project Scale: This project starts from Huashi Village, Caofang Town, Ninghua County, Sanming City. It connects with the Longyan section of the planned G1535 Chaonan Expressway, passes through Caofang Town, Anle Town, Chengnan Town, Chengjiao Town, Zhongsha Township, Shuiqian Town and Anyuan Town in Ninghua County, and ends at Xiuzhu Village, Junkou Town, Jianning County, and connects with the existing Puyan Expressway (the common section of G1535 Chaonan Expressway). The whole line is provided with 9 interchanges of Zhiping, Xiafang, Anle, Ninghua South, Ninghua (hub), Zhongsha, Shuixi, Anyuan and Junkou (hub), 2 service areas of Caofang and Shuixi, 1 maintenance work area, 1 road monitoring and communication station and necessary traffic engineering and management facilities. The total length of the project is about 96.006 kilometers, and the investment in construction and installation is about 96. Meanwhile, the interchange connecting lines of Zhiping and Zhongsha and the entrance and exit connecting lines of Caofang service area will be constructed. The whole line adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100 km/H and a roadbed width of 26 meters. The interchange connection line is constructed according to the second-class highway standard. Other technical indexes shall be subject to Technical Standards for Highway Engineering (JTG B01-2014) issued by the Ministry of Transport.
