on Signing of Major Contracts by China Energy Engineering Corporation Limited The joint venture formed by China Energy Construction International Construction Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Energy Construction Co., Ltd., Guangdong Thermal Power Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group and Guangdong Electric Power Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group is the general contractor. LTD.), Signed the EPC contract for Abu Dhabi Bite Vila C Gas Combined Cycle Power Station Project. The contract amount is 1.687 billion US dollars, equivalent to 11.420 billion RMB. The project is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The project content is to build a dual-fuel gas-fired combined cycle power plant with a net output of 2600 MW, including design, manufacturing, supply, factory testing, transportation, civil construction, installation, commissioning, training, acceptance, warranty and maintenance. The total duration of the project is 32 months.
22.7 billion: Hubei Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. participated in the selection of
cooperative units for bidding of investors for the reconstruction and expansion project of Xiangyang Longzhong Interchange to Jingzhou Caoan Hub Section of Erguang Expressway. Construction sites: Xiangyang City, Jingmen City and Jingzhou City, Hubei Province.
Construction Scale: This project starts from Longzhong Street, Xiangcheng District, Xiangyang City, connects with Gaoying Hub to Longzhong Interchange Section of Erguang Expressway, runs southward through Yicheng City, Xiangyang City, Zhongxiang City, Dongbao District, Duodao District and Shayang County of Jingmen City, and ends at Jinan Town, Jingzhou District, Jingzhou City, connecting with Jingzhou Ring Section of Erguang Expressway. The existing project is a two-way four-lane project with a design speed of 100km/H. There are 12,624m/330 bridges in the main line of the reconstruction and expansion project, including 3,2708m/3 super-large bridges, 1,688m/12 large bridges, 3,879m/64 medium bridges and 4,350m/251 small bridges; There are 14 interchanges reconstructed and expanded in situ: 29 separated interchanges, including 19 separated overpasses of the main line (included in the main line bridge) and 10 separated underpasses of the main line; 52 overpasses, including 5 new overpasses and 47 demolished and rebuilt overpasses; 3 service areas, 2 in-situ expansions and 1 displacement expansion. Based on the existing highway corridor, the project adopts the method of widening on both sides and partial separation and construction to construct a two-way eight-lane expressway with a design speed of 120 km/H and a subgrade width of 42.0 m. The total length of the route is about 177 km, and the total investment of the project is estimated to be about 22.7 billion yuan. Overview of
the existing project: The existing project starts from Longzhong Street, Xiangcheng District, Xiangyang City, connects with Gaoying Hub to Longzhong Interchange Section of Erguang Expressway, and ends at Jinan Town, Jingzhou District, Jingzhou City, connecting with Jingzhou Ring Section of Erguang Expressway, with a mileage of about 177.4 km. The charging period of the existing project starts from June 28, 2004 and ends on September 14, 2034. The original operating unit is Gezhouba Hubei Xiangjing Expressway Co., Ltd. The actual construction content, scale and total investment shall be subject to the approval of the competent government department. The technical standards and the planned total construction period shall be subject to the project approval documents.

Bidding scope: (1) The scope of this bidding is part of the cooperative units of the bidding consortium members tendered by the project investor. After winning the bid, the bidder shall sign the Cooperation Agreement with the tenderee, and sign the Consortium Agreement with the tenderee and other members of the consortium (hereinafter referred to as "members of the consortium") determined by the tenderee in accordance with the format specified in the tender documents of the investor, so as to jointly form a consortium to bid for the investor of the project. (2) After the consortium wins the bid of the investor of this project, the consortium and the tenderer of the investor (Jingmen Transportation Bureau) sign the Preliminary Agreement, and set up the project company responsible for the planning, financing, construction, operation and management, debt repayment, asset management and project transfer according to the Preliminary Agreement. Obtain the franchise of investment-construction-operation of the project. The registered capital of the project company is 100 million yuan, and the successful bidder of each bid section shall complete the contribution to the registered capital of the project company in accordance with the provisions of the tender documents. (3) At the same time, in accordance with the provisions of the investor's tender documents and the tender documents, and on the premise of meeting the corresponding qualification and performance requirements, The bid winner (as Party B), the construction contractor of EGXJTJ-7 bid section and EGXJTJ-8 bid section (as Party B), and the survey and design unit of EGXJSJ-1 bid section and EGXJSJ-2 bid section (as Party B) sign the contract with the project company (as Party A) according to the investor's project. Undertake the construction and survey and design tasks of the corresponding projects within the scope of the project listed in the contract content column of the Bid Section Division Table in Appendix 1 of the Bidding Announcement of the Bidding Document according to law. The contents of the above contract shall be subject to the relevant provisions of Chapter IV Contract Terms and Forms of the Bidding Document. If there are any matters not covered, they shall be supplemented, modified and improved after the implementation of the project. (4) The bid winner of each bid section of this bidding project shall invest in the way specified in the bidding documents and jointly participate in the construction of this project. The construction contractor of EGXJTJ-7 bid section and EGXJTJ-8 bid section and the survey and design unit of EGXJSJ-1 bid section and EGXJSJ-2 bid section will jointly form an investor consortium with the bid winner and the tenderee to participate in the bidding of the bidding project of the investor.
