On March 28, the 13th China Cement Industry Summit and TOP100 Award Ceremony hosted by China Cement Network was held grandly. At the meeting, Tao Congxi, chief expert and professor-level senior engineer of China Resources Building Materials Technology Holdings Co., Ltd., made a keynote report on "3C" Carbon Neutralization Theory and Practice Exploration in Cement Industry ".

He said that China's cement industry has entered a plateau period, with the arrival of national carbon neutralization, the future cement supply will gradually decline into the era of green low-carbon economy, China's cement carbon emission reduction is imminent!

He proposed that cement enterprises should continue to carry out energy efficiency improvement of process equipment, application of alternative raw material and fuel technology, research and application of clean energy, focus on carbon utilization (CCUS) in the medium and long term, and complement each other with a variety of energy-saving, emission reduction and carbon reduction technologies to achieve carbon neutralization planning in the cement industry.
