The responsible person of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment said that there are still some difficulties and challenges to achieve the goal of "controlling the ratio of days with severe pollution and above in the whole country within 1%" by 2025. If the objective conditions are unfavorable, people should work harder. We will continue to vigorously promote pollution control and emission reduction, guide local governments to speed up the implementation of backward production capacity withdrawal, ultra-low emission transformation of key industries, clean heating, mobile source pollution control and other work, strengthen non-point source pollution control, and fundamentally reduce pollution emissions. Every industry shoulders an important responsibility on the way
to the goal of "controlling the proportion of days with severe pollution and above within 1% by 2025". Among them, the cement industry, as a major traditional pollutant emitter, has become a key area of pollution control and emission reduction. The production activities of cement industry are closely related to air pollution, and the pollutants emitted by cement industry play an important role in the formation of heavy pollution weather. Therefore, vigorously promoting pollution control and emission reduction in the cement industry has become a key measure to help control heavily polluted weather and improve the ecological environment, which is of far-reaching significance to the sustainable development of economy and environment.
The cement industry can reduce pollution and carbon from multiple dimensions. At the equipment level , we should actively eliminate old equipment and introduce new and efficient equipment. For example, the use of intelligent control of the powder conveying equipment, precise control of material delivery, reduce leakage and dust; equipped with high-performance dust removal equipment, efficient capture of fine particles, reduce dust emissions. In terms of
technology, the new cement kiln co-processing technology is used to treat municipal solid waste and industrial waste as alternative raw materials or fuels, so as to realize the harmless treatment of waste and reduce the consumption of primary resources and pollution emissions; the batching scheme is optimized to make the proportion of cement raw materials more scientific and reduce energy consumption. In the field of
energy, we will vigorously develop clean energy such as solar energy and wind energy, install solar panels in factory space, build small wind power facilities, explore the use of hydrogen energy, and reduce dependence on fossil energy such as coal.
In addition, with the help of big data, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology, cement enterprises can monitor the whole production process in real time, accurately control the operation parameters of equipment through intelligent algorithms, and minimize energy consumption and pollutant emissions while ensuring production efficiency.
